World-Class Product
World Class Product of Korea is the certification of a production company by Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) to enhance company’s competitiveness and promote exports.
It is composed of ‘Current World-Class Product’, items with the world’s market share rank 5 or higher or of more than 5% and ‘Next-Generation World-Class Product’, items likely to enter within 7 years.
By selecting excellent goods and companies, it facilitates interconnections among world-class product manufacturers and by enhancing their global brand images, it contributes to consumers (buyers) trusting the products and making purchases.
